Fresh Salsa
- 4 chopped tomatoes
- 3-4 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 –1/2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
Combine and let set for one hour. Salt to taste.
Serve with corn chips.
Note: This is very hot. For milder, use 1/2 the jalapenos.
You can always add more later, if desired.
