In a small bowl, mix butter, onions, lemon juice and dill. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread over fillets. Broil 6-inches from heat source for 5 minutes. Set oven temperature to 400 degrees. Move baking dish to center of oven. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve fish with dill sauce spooned over it. Serve remaining sauce separately. Garnish with tomatoes and parsley, if desired. Serves 4 – 6
